Escrow is commonly used by solicitors and LLC's or LLP's. It is principally used by corporate entities where they hold funds for someone else and where they act as the third party or firewall in between seller and buyer. I think I am right that AW operates out of Gibraltar, where the fiscal laws are a great deal more lax than they are in the UK. Suing them is an optiion, but highly expensive and very difficult, given their tax-haven residency.As a punter with 94 positive ratings, I find they have a great deal of scam profiles, where there is no girl just a private gallery. On a more sinister note, I see more girls on there offering bareback also, especially those from Eastern Europe. The site is definitely gettingworse and I see many stories like these where, once they see you have decent funds in the account, they take them for themselves. I used to a have a site on Yahoo with over 16,000 members and that got hacked and destroyed, so even Yahoo is not safe. I have considered setting up a proper and pucker website and may do something later this year.
