What a crap punt this was as it did not happen. I get the feeling this escort is really bad at organising things. Here's the story:

Booked to see Princess Pippa of Derby at 3pm today by phone. Arrived bang on time, pressed her bell (although you cannot tell if it is ringing or not - weird intercom).
