Yes I've been there a few times, It's a massive laufthaus/eros centre, the girls rent a room out by the day, punters pay €5 entry, and can wander around the floors, the ladies when free usually sit on stools by the bedroom door enticing you to go Inside, prices start at around €30, some of the stunners want €50 for 15min suck & fuck, they also have a brothel club on the 11th floor, and a strip club on the ground floor.
The place Is worth a visit, but I prefer going to a decent fkk club, It's a lot better VFM wise, you can spend the whole day, So If you're going to Cologne you need to check out http://www.samya.de/
