Please really need advise. I ALWAYS get a rubbish unhappy ending!!

Every single time in any country always I get really nice hand play but then they stop early at the end mid orgasm, or they get alarmed and stop when im finishing or they see im comming so stop instantly thinking the job is done, thats like the 1st 1/4 of my orgasm.  The orgasm doesnt stop until like way after I stopped coming

I even tell them to keep going, I even communicate to them and they STILL always ruin the ending.

HOW DO YOU SOLVE THIS IMPOSSIBLE PROBLEM? 

ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCED IT?

If you tell them not to and they still do it what else can you do?
