Well the answer to your question is not easy without meeting you first. I need to meet you, assess your personality, go over the incidents completely, ask you questions, etc. then and only then can I help you. It takes a lot in these situations to train a punter. But don't worry I can solve this for you. Just sign up to the day course and we can fix this.
