Brilliant. Sounds a bit like something you would do Jay as a boss. I would defo work for you lol. I particularly liked the ending;

"should not happen again"??? In my reasoning it sounds like they have not ruled it out or they would have said "it will not happen again"
And there was me thinking that selling insurance was boring. What do I know???
