Personally I would check out reviews on PunterNet.com and other sites to find an escort with good feedback. But it's a hit and miss affair to be honest as it depends what you are looking for. Some Escorts I have seen with great reviews just did not really do it for me, and then again, some with no reviews have been sensationally.
